We want you to see the mountain with total clarity, which is why we offer a 30-day hassle-free return and exchange policy on all unused gear in its original packaging. If your new goggles or helmet aren't the perfect fit for your next adventure, we'll make it right.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.
Pack Your Gear
Place the unused items back in their original Glade Optics packaging and securely attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
